About the role

• Consultant IT Infrastruktur ensuring smooth operation of Linux-based infrastructure and setting up networks, server services, and storage systems. Support customers in IT security incidents with technical know-how.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of Linux-based infrastructure
• Configure, maintain and administer networks, server services and storage systems
• Implement security measures and manage patching
• Advance automation of operational processes using Infrastructure as Code, e.g., with Ansible or shell scripts
• Support our clients during IT security incidents with technical expertise, e.g., log analysis, system isolation or system recovery

Requirements

• Professional experience in system integration or Linux administration — motivation is key
• Basic knowledge of Terraform, Ansible and containerization
• Team player, especially in collaboration with other technical roles
• Careful and pragmatic approach in emergency situations
• Very good presentation and communication skills in German
