Responsibilities
In your first 3 months: You will dive into our data foundations, mastering our modern stack (Databricks, dbt, Tuva Project). You will partner with health economists to audit our current claims analysis pipeline and begin designing robust dbt models to clean and normalize raw medical claims into a unified schema.
In your first 6 months: You will ship high-impact predictive models. You will build propensity score matching models to establish causal impact and develop risk-prediction engines that identify high-risk members for targeted clinical interventions.
In your first year: You will be the architect of our scalable ROI measurement engine. You will translate complex analytical findings into clear, defensible insights that drive strategic decisions for Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, ultimately maximizing the economic value we deliver to our clients.
Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related technical field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience working with large datasets to solve business problems and generate decision-making insights.
Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis.
Methodological Depth: Proven experience with causal inference and A/B testing.
Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in healthcare analytics or health economics with claims or clinical data.
