About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day management and implementation of the facility’s SCI security program.
- Develop an organizational approach to complying with the customer's mission and Vision statement while implementing applicable security policies.
- Communicate effectively with senior leaders regarding security disciplines such as physical security, industrial security, information security, personnel security, and cyber-security.
- Apply SCI directives, regulations, manuals, and guidelines.
- Supervise the SCIF, maintain documentation, administer the SCI program.
Requirements
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Master's in related field; or High School Diploma and 10 years relevant experience.
- 10 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Master's in related field; or High School Diploma and 14 years relevant experience.
- 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Master's in related field; or High School Diploma and 19+ years relevant experience.
- Extensive experience using the SIMS application or other security database.
- 3 or more years’ experience in developing, organizing, and administering a Security training program.
