About the role
- Junior Teamlead BI Consultant leading Data & Cloud Consulting projects for HICO Group. Managing enterprise-level DWH projects and collaborating with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Financial responsibility and team leadership for the Data & Cloud Consulting practice in Switzerland
- Project management, design, and implementation of sophisticated DWH projects
- Project responsibility for global enterprise clients
- Close collaboration within the leadership team and international consultant teams
- Guide clients from presales through to company-wide rollouts
- Travel commitment of approximately 1–2 days per week

- We rely on your solid experience with DWH and ETL technologies such as Qlik, Talend, Azure, MS Fabric, dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
- Desirable additional skills: experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Jedox, Tableau
- Initial experience in building teams, first-line leadership or deputy team lead experience, and working with C-level stakeholders (internal/external)
- Several years of consulting experience (4+ years preferred), with flexibility and willingness to travel
- You hold a degree in business informatics or a related field and have extensive experience in Business Intelligence or Data Management
- We expect a flair for creative problem solving and the ability to present complex topics clearly
- Excellent German and English skills (minimum C1)
