Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced AI strategies and solutions
- Support organizations and business models in their transformation into data-driven companies
- Take on (partial) project management responsibilities, both on-site at client locations and internally as a liaison between different business units
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a consultant in sales / pre-sales
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in AI, machine learning and generative models, including hands-on experience with AI models and algorithms such as OpenAI
- University degree in Data Science, Business Informatics or a related field (or equivalent)
- Programming skills in Python, Java, C#, Node.js or a similar language
- At least one year of experience in developing AI strategies and solutions
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Very good German and English language skills (minimum B2+/C1)
- Swiss citizenship or several years’ residence in Switzerland
- Enthusiasm for new topics and a drive to actively help shape them
