Field Service Technician providing on-site service for inspection devices across customer locations in Germany and occasionally Europe. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and customer training.
Responsibilities
Install, commission and service our inspection devices directly at customer sites
Perform inspections, modifications and repairs on existing devices and machinery
Diagnose technical faults and resolve them independently and efficiently
Instruct customers on the operation and maintenance of the devices and provide support for technical enquiries
Coordinate appointments, spare parts deliveries and technical issues in close cooperation with customers and internal departments
Support our customers primarily in Germany, occasionally in Europe and rarely worldwide
Requirements
You have completed vocational training in mechanics, mechatronics or a comparable technical qualification
You work independently, are service-oriented and have a strong quality awareness
You demonstrate empathy, openness and intercultural competence when working with international customers
You are flexible and willing to travel regularly within Germany and occasionally internationally
You have good English language skills, particularly in technical contexts
You work reliably with colleagues and customers and take responsibility in field service
