About the role
- Project Manager leading diverse projects for new insurance products in a digital insurance firm. Responsible for planning, structuring, and steering projects from idea to market launch.
Responsibilities
- You take responsibility for diverse projects related to the development of new insurance products.
- You plan, structure and manage projects and subprojects — from idea to Go Live.
- You monitor schedules, resources and milestones and ensure that everyone pulls in the same direction.
- You evaluate the outcomes of your projects and analyze risks as well as potential improvements.
- You plan and facilitate project meetings, document progress and ensure that results and learnings are shared transparently.
Requirements
- You hold a degree in economics/business administration or a commercial vocational qualification with corresponding project management credentials.
- You have several years of experience in project leadership within the insurance sector.
- You are characterized by an independent and results-oriented working style.
- You enjoy working in a team and seek collaborative exchange.
- You are eager to take responsibility and to experience the dynamics of a true scale-up.
- You have business-fluent German and very good English skills.
