About the role
- Accountant responsible for bookkeeping and financial management of a real estate portfolio. Requires collaboration with property management in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Übernahme der vollständigen Buchhaltung für einen eigenen Immobilienbestand.
- Sicherstellung einer korrekten Verbuchung aller Zahlungsvorgänge.
- Bearbeitung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen, debitorischen und kreditorischen Buchungsvorgängen.
- Erstellung von Wohngeld-, Betriebs- und SEV-Abrechnungen sowie Vorbereitung entsprechender Unterlagen.
- Überwachung von Zahlungsströmen und Liquidität in den verwalteten Objekten.
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Objekt- und Stammdaten in Immobiliensoftware.
- Kommunikation mit Eigentümern in Abstimmung mit Objektverwaltern.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Immobilienkaufmann/-frau oder mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen.
- Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung oder WEG-Buchhaltung.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit gängiger Immobiliensoftware.
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie analytisches Denken.
- Zuverlässigkeit, Struktur und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
