Responsibilities
- Build and evolve the product
- Design, build, and maintain a production-grade software platform
- Translate functional and regulatory requirements into clean, maintainable systems
- Work closely with tax, legal, and compliance experts to implement domain logic correctly
- Improve existing systems through refactoring, simplification, and performance optimization
- Build with scalability, reliability, and long-term evolution in mind
- Improve and extend existing AI features, staying up to date with advances in AI and modern engineering practices
- Ensure quality, security, and reliability
- Apply solid engineering practices around testing, monitoring, and deployments
- Contribute to data security and system reliability
- Make pragmatic technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and maintainability
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in full-stack or backend software engineering
- Have shipped and maintained production systems over time
- Are curious about AI, automation, and modern development practices , and actively keep yourself up to date
- Can translate complex requirements into solid technical implementations
- Communicate clearly in written and spoken English (C1/C2)
- Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking responsibility for outcomes
