About the role
- BI Analyst building and evolving campaign performance data products for HealthCentral. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver clear, actionable insights and improve reporting workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the development of campaign performance data products (dashboards reporting frameworks, and insight layers)
- Translate complex, multisource data into clear decision-oriented insights and narratives
- Identify performance drivers, trends, and opportunities across campaigns, content, and audiences
- Design and maintain scalable BI dashboards for internal and client use
- Define and standardize core metrics, business logic, and calculation frameworks
- Integrate data from multiple sources into unified reporting layer
- Help transition reporting from manual workflows to automated, productized reporting systems
- Collaborate with product to share reporting experiences and client facing data tools
Requirements
- 1-3 years in BI Analytics, digital marketing analytics, or data focused roles
- Experience working with campaign performance or user engagement data
- Experience with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics or similar)
- Working knowledge of data modeling concepts and metric standardization
- Strong Excel skills
- Basic SQL knowledge
