About the role
- Business Intelligence & Performance Analyst driving performance reporting and analytics at XS, a multi-asset CFD broker in Limassol. Lead performance insights, dashboard creation, and data automation.
Responsibilities
- Build daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance dashboards
- Analyze FTD to funded to active client conversion funnels
- Monitor NET DP, commission efficiency, and client quality by partner
- Build IB profitability scorecards
- Analyze payout ratios and abnormal rebate patterns
- Produce monthly partner performance packs for management
- Analyze P&L by symbol, country, and cohort
- Monitor spread markup, swap, and slippage revenue
- Perform expected vs actual profitability analysis
- Track deposit and withdrawal trends
- Analyze payment route conversion and rejection ratios
- Support suspicious transaction trend analysis
- Develop Power BI
- Build SQL-based data models and reporting pipelines
- Automate executive board packs
- Implement anomaly alerts and KPI thresholds
Requirements
