Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources OR 5 direct years of equivalent work experience
- CEBS certification preferred
- Five (5) direct years experience working with health and welfare benefit plans
- Health insurance industry background preferred
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Exceptional written/verbal skills to present to C-suite, HR, and employees
- Proficiency with Workday and benefits related administration platforms
