About the role

Requirements
- Experience designing digital products, ideally within consumer-facing or fintech/insurance environments
- Confident with standard design tools (Figma, FigJam, Make, etc.)
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking, clear process, and effective outcomes
- Understanding of UX principles, UI best practices, and responsive design
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and balance multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills, both visually and verbally
