- Track KPIs, milestones, and benefits realization to ensure delivery of committed outcomes
- Lead performance management initiatives linked to the HL 2030 strategy, driving continuous progress
- Build, lead, and develop a team of project and program managers to deliver on the “Undisputed No. 1 for Quality” strategy
- Provide coaching and mentorship, supporting continuous improvement and professional development
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within complex, matrix organizations
- Proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional, or transformational initiatives
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or global service environments is an advantage
- Strong conceptual thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities, including at senior leadership levels
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, executive-level narratives
- High level of ownership, accountability, and execution focus
- Resilient, analytical, and outcome-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
