About the role
- Controller managing financial processes and debt accounting, focusing on cost optimization in Munich. Requires teamwork and structure with an emphasis on analytics.
Responsibilities
- Aufbau und Steuerung des Rückvergütungsprozesses inkl. Abrechnung und Kontrollmechanismen
- Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Dashboards unter Einsatz von KI- und BI-Tools (z. B. ChatGPT, Qlik Sense)
- Kostenkontrolle und -optimierung, einschließlich Versicherungsmanagement
- Debitorenbuchhaltung für den Standort Frankfurt (ca. 50 %) inkl. OP-Kontrolle, Mahnwesen, Lastschriftabwicklung und Bonitätsprüfungen
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft und ein sicherer Umgang mit gängiger EDV-Software
- Erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Handel, sowie vorhandene DATEV-Kenntnisse
- Hohes Zahlenverständnis, ausgeprägte Affinität zu abwechslungsreichen Aufgabenstellungen und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Strukturierte, organisierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
