Responsibilities
- Further development and maintenance of global management reporting, including customer, product and segment analyses
- Preparation of ad-hoc and scenario analyses with subsequent cost tracking
- Conducting profitability analyses and optimizing working capital and cash management
- Preparation and coordination of forecasts, budgets and variance analyses, including recommended actions
- Development and monitoring of central KPIs/KRIs in collaboration with international stakeholders
- Further development of our sales controlling in cooperation with sales management / CRM management
- Ensuring a reliable data foundation and optimizing reporting from ERP, CRM and BI systems
Requirements
- Professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international manufacturing environment
- Analytical, proactive and results-oriented working style
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with BI systems (e.g., Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics NAV)
- Very good German and English language skills
