Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated Condominium Association Accountant (m/f/d).
Recording all business transactions in rent and condominium (WEG) accounting.
Accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting.
Processing changes of ownership.
Preparation of monthly and annual statements and budgets.
Preparation of condominium (WEG) and/or operating cost statements.
Executing payment runs and reconciling accounts.
Independently managing an active dunning and collections process.
Preparing invoices for audit/review.
Point of contact for condominium managers, owners and advisory boards regarding all accounting matters.
Ensure efficient invoice capture and payment processing using the latest digital tools and technologies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitization of our accounting processes.
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in accounting/finance.
Initial professional experience in rent, WEG (condominium) or property accounting.
Advantageous: knowledge of accounting and payment transactions in real estate and receivables management, WEG law, and experience with rent and financial accounting.
Strong affinity for numbers and an accounting mindset.
Systematic, structured working style and willingness to take responsibility.
High level of reliability, precision and conscientiousness.
Enjoy interacting professionally with owners and tenants, with a customer- and service-oriented manner.
Experience with impower is a plus but not required.
