Responsibilities
Leading projects related to End of Support Life (EoSL) activities
Ensuring successful completion while meeting product scope, timelines, revenue targets, and quality expectations
Conducting proactive and reactive investigations to determine continued product support viability
Ensuring effective information flow across regions and programs
Managing support periods after division support period (DSP) and service support period (SSP)
Tracking projects, investigations, revenue impact, and SKUs scheduled for EoSL
Coordinating across worldwide teams to set SSP and EoSL dates
Conducting proactive and reactive investigations and providing lifecycle guidance
Engaging and aligning stakeholders to ensure clear communication, documentation, and reporting
Leading EoSL initiatives using subject-matter expertise
Requirements
Project and program management expertise
Understanding of SLP/EoSL processes and governance
Familiarity with products and service offerings
Experience with internal business tools and analytics
Knowledge of EoSL policies and mature hardware support
Ability to influence, negotiate, and execute cross-functional strategies
