- Drive technical decision-making with a strong focus on customer impact, operational excellence, and business value.
- Ensure adherence to HPE engineering standards, quality gates, and compliance requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineers through coaching, performance management, and career development.
- Build an inclusive, high-performing team culture that emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Architecture, QA, Support, and Global Engineering teams.
Requirements
- BE / ME in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
- 15 years of industry experience, with demonstrated experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong experience in the virtualization ecosystem, preferably with KVM-based solutions.
- Deep expertise in Linux OS internals, clustering technologies (e.g., Corosync, Pacemaker), and file systems.
- Solid experience with Java, Gradle, Groovy, or similar technologies
- Exposure in C/C++ and Linux Driver development
- Strong understanding of enterprise storage and networking.
- Proven expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, and multi-platform integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at engineering, business, and leadership levels.
