Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on industry experience as a product designer
- At least one example of collaboration with AI to build a product or tool
- Experience with Codex, Claude, or Cursor alongside Figma
- A portfolio demonstrating excellent visual, UI, and interactive skills
- At least 3 years working on fast-moving enterprise or prosumer products
- Excellent communication skills including spoken and written English
- Comfort working with ambiguous problems, and balancing existing design standards with new AI paradigms
- Proven ability to ship high-quality products in a self-directed manner
