About the role

  • Marketing Assistant driving B2B marketing strategies for Wellhub's revenue team. Collaborating on high-level executive events to enhance business growth and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and execution of the B2B and ABM marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the executive events calendar.
  • Act as the focal point for sales, marketing and external vendors, ensuring contracts, timelines and deliverables meet team expectations.
  • Establish and monitor clear KPIs for each initiative (e.g., cost per lead, conversion rate, opportunity penetration) using tools such as CRM and performance dashboards.
  • Conduct post-event analyses (post-mortems) to identify what worked and what can be optimized, providing recommendations for future investment strategies.
  • Monitor lead flow and key-account engagement to ensure field activations translate into a real sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the process.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of solid experience in B2B marketing and event organization (preferred), with a proven track record of results and performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on documentation and prioritization.
  • Ability to interpret data, build tracking reports and present conclusions to leadership clearly and concisely.
  • Hands-on, challenge-driven profile with strong real-time problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail and budget control.
  • Knowledge of the sales process and how marketing should support pipeline development.
  • Excellent communicator, able to engage with different audiences, build genuine connections and manage internal and external stakeholders.
