Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with legal and technical requirements in drinking water hygiene (e.g. the German Drinking Water Ordinance (Trinkwasserverordnung), DVGW regulations)
Plan, monitor and document maintenance, repair and rehabilitation measures on drinking water systems
Coordinate and provide technical guidance to staff and external service providers
Evaluate water analyses and initiate necessary corrective actions
Advise tenants and internal specialist departments on drinking water quality and safety
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports
Contribute to the optimization of processes and technical standards in drinking water management
Liaise with authorities and public agencies
Assume additional technical operator responsibilities and participate in cross-departmental projects
Requirements
Completed qualification as a master craftsman, technician or engineer in utility engineering, sanitary/plumbing engineering, environmental engineering or a comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of drinking water hygiene, relevant standards and legal requirements
Experience in planning, servicing and maintaining drinking water systems
Proficient with MS Office (especially Word and Excel) and ideally SAP
Strong organisational skills with an independent and structured approach to work
Excellent communication skills and team orientation
Willingness to pursue continuous professional development
