Responsibilities
- The Systems Engineer provides systems engineering leadership for component‑level capabilities while ensuring integration, performance, and alignment with mission objectives.
- Develop and manage system requirements, risks, and documentation
- Support ERBs and technical reviews
- Coordinate component integration and end‑to‑end system performance
- Support data management and system optimization efforts
- Provide technical input to acquisition and vendor engagement
- Align engineering efforts to long‑term mission vision
Requirements
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
- Bachelor’s Degree
- FOUR (4) or more years' experience with systems engineering, including in-depth knowledge of requirements, risk, and schedule management
- Strong technical coordination skills
- Acquisition support experience
- Intelligence Community or Department of Defense experience
- JIRA or agile delivery experience
