Responsibilities
- Oversee and evolve our newly centralized Rating and Quoting operations across multiple product lines
- Set strategy, drive consistency, and enable high‑performing teams to deliver accurate, timely, and competitive proposals for mid‑ to large‑size groups
- Collaborate with and set process for people leaders and their teams that generate proposals
- Responsible for rating and quoting process for dental, life, disability, supplemental health product lines
- Develop and implement rating and quoting process that enables the teams to achieve key performance indicators
- Encourage an environment where innovative ideas to improve process are embraced and implemented
- Drive consistency of process across teams
- Successfully balance workload across teams
- Develop and support skill advancement
- Build and maintain effective relationships and feedback mechanisms with sales and internal partners

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 5 years of leading teams in a production environment
- The proven ability to manage both day to day execution and initiatives to achieve results of business goals
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills both written and verbal
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional leadership skills to effectively manage a large team in a virtual environment
