Requirements
- Significant experience in energy project development
- Experience in M&A and project finance transactions
- Familiarity with offtake agreements, interconnection agreements, and energy regulation
- Ability to draft primary and ancillary transaction documents
- Managing complex diligence and transaction management
- Admission to one or more state bars required
