Responsibilities
- Participate in an international team responsible for Monitoring solutions for the Schwarz Gruppe
- Identify, evaluate and implement methodology, technologies and automated processes to improve efficiency within the team
- Identify needs and activities to significantly improve automation level within the team
- Troubleshoot different kind of problems (Monitoring tool settings, OS, Storage, Networking etc.)
- Support customers in questions on how to collect relevant data for visualization and create individual dashboards and panels
Requirements
- Proven knowledge in working with Nagios, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Solid expertise in both Windows and Linux Server Administration
- General understanding of Networking and Storage principles
- Practical experience with Ansible and/or Python
- Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to analyze complex technical issues
- Ability to work effectively within an international virtual team with a proactive communication style
- High level of independence, accuracy, and reliability in executing tasks
