- Support the development of internal procedures, and update and deliver training for operational and administrative teams.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials in a clear, instructional manner.
- Assist in identifying training needs, contributing to team development plans.
- Process, organize, and interpret data related to logistics operations.
- Use intermediate-level Excel to build spreadsheets and monitoring reports.
- Conduct analyses that support decision-making, presenting clear and actionable insights.
- Know and monitor process routines such as receiving, warehousing, and shipping.
- Map operational activities and support process improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the standardization of procedures and logistics best practices.
- Identify root causes of operational failures using structured analyses (5W2H, Ishikawa, PDCA, etc.).
- Develop clear action plans with defined KPIs, deadlines, and assigned responsibilities.
- Present results objectively to different audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed) in Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
- Previous experience in the role.
- Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Charts, logical functions).
- PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
- Knowledge of logistics routines and performance indicators (KPIs).
