Use intermediate-level Excel to build spreadsheets and monitoring reports.
Conduct analyses that support decision-making, presenting clear and actionable insights.
Know and monitor process routines such as receiving, warehousing, and shipping.
Map operational activities and support process improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the standardization of procedures and logistics best practices.
Identify root causes of operational failures using structured analyses (5W2H, Ishikawa, PDCA, etc.).
Develop clear action plans with defined KPIs, deadlines, and assigned responsibilities.
Present results objectively to different audiences.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed) in Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
