Requirements
- Formação: Administração, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência de 10–20 anos, com passagem por varejo e/ou consultorias estratégicas. Liderança de times grandes e multicamadas (operações, supply, marketing, etc).
- Histórico de implantação de rotinas de gestão, KPIs e rituais de performance.
