About the role
- Technology Analyst developing AI-based solutions to optimize processes within Protheus ERP. Collaborating with various teams to innovate and enhance data utilization.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI-based solutions that optimize internal processes and improve the user experience of the Protheus ERP;
- Create and maintain integrations between AI systems and Protheus using APIs, web services and custom routines;
- Automate repetitive tasks and generate insights from ERP data using Machine Learning and NLP techniques;
- Work on technological innovation projects, proposing improvements and new approaches for corporate data usage;
- Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into intelligent solutions;
- Document processes and developed solutions, and ensure the maintenance of integrated systems;
- Participate in technical and scoping meetings, contributing analytical and technological perspectives.
Requirements
- Completed or in-progress degree in Information Technology, Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields;
- Experience with programming languages for AI, such as Python;
- Experience with AI/Machine Learning libraries;
- Knowledge of Protheus development (ADVPL, TLPP, Webservices);
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases;
- Familiarity with ETL concepts, data analysis and predictive modeling;
- Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively;
- Ability to interpret data and propose intelligent solutions;
- Flexibility to handle technological and scope changes;
- Commitment to deliveries that generate business value;
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Preferred:
- Experience with BI tools;
- Knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing);
- Experience integrating chatbots or virtual assistants;
- Certifications in AI, data science or Protheus.
