Sales Consultant role to activate beauty salons and perfumeries for Grupo Boticário in Brasil. Requires hybrid work format with communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Prospect and activate new salons and perfumery stores, focusing on growth potential and brand alignment;
Present the full portfolio, highlighting technical and commercial differentiators by channel;
Negotiate, enter, and monitor the order flow, product launches and replenishments;
Create and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) tailored to each client in line with the budget;
Plan and conduct visits at strategic frequencies, efficiently covering both channels;
Promote training and loyalty among professionals and points of sale through training sessions and dissemination of technical content;
Activate commercial cycles and visibility materials focused on accelerating the brand;
Ensure correct brand execution at the POS (shelves, secondary placements, DOH);
Monitor competitors, key performance indicators and results, proposing corrective actions and opportunities;
Collaborate with the education/learning teams to develop professionals in the region.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed);
Valid Category B driver's license;
Availability to work in a hybrid format;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Experience in salon and perfumery channels is a plus.
