Responsibilities
Receive and analyze client requests related to unit personalization, understanding their specific needs;
Maintain continuous communication with the client and their construction team throughout the personalization execution, ensuring service quality and client satisfaction;
Provide technical support to architects, engineers, suppliers and contractors, clarifying doubts and contributing to process efficiency;
Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress of activities and ensure alignment with the customized project;
Prepare reports and technical documents relevant to the stages of the process;
Assist in defining assumptions, preparing documentation and the technical development of projects.
Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and the full Microsoft Office suite;
Experience with customization of high-end units, including client service and problem-solving on construction sites.
