About the role
- Consultant Power BI developing and maintaining BI solutions for clients in a hybrid environment. Engaging with IT and business teams on analytics projects.
Responsibilities
- As part of a new IT development (MOE) engagement with our client, we are looking for a Power BI / Data Factory Consultant (m/f) to strengthen the IT teams on activities related to the design, development and maintenance of high-value business intelligence solutions.
- Within the Data Factory IT team, you will work across the full lifecycle of Power BI solutions: development & data visualization.
- Participate in Power BI development in collaboration with the IT team.
- Consider business specifications to design appropriate and high-performance solutions.
- Analyze specifications and estimate workloads.
- Assess impacts on: the Datamart / Oracle and the Power BI semantic model.
- Develop interactive and user-friendly reports (Desktop & Mobile).
- Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing reports.
- Testing & user acceptance.
- Execute unit tests.
- Prepare and support business user acceptance testing.
- Present reports to IT and business teams.
- Integrate changes and fixes.
- Monitor schedule and meet commitments.
- Deliver artifacts across environments.
- Write and update documentation.

- Power BI – Intermediate to Advanced level
- Able to work autonomously on routine tasks
- Capacity to propose optimizations and innovations
- Data modeling (star schema)
- Creation of reports with advanced visuals
- Proficient in DAX functions
- Good knowledge of the Oracle environment
- Strong SQL skills
- Power Apps application design
- Process automation using Power Automate
