About the role
- Delphi Softwareentwickler developing modern SaaS solutions for customer service and document management. Working in a small agile team with a responsibility for strengthening our positioning in these areas.
Responsibilities
- Weiterentwicklung des GREYHOUND Servers, einer modernen SaaS-Lösung für Kundenservice und Dokumentenmanagement.
- Verantwortung für stabile, performante und wartbare Delphi-Komponenten (Delphi 12).
- Entwicklung neuer Features für die Positionierung im Bereich Customer Service und Dokumentenmanagement.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Entwicklern und dem Produktmanagement.
- Begleitung der Ablösung des aktuellen Kundencenters im Rahmen eines Replatforming-Projekts.
- Unterstützung bei kleineren Anpassungen (z.B. an Verkaufsprodukten, Hosting-Provisionierung oder Cloud-Transformation).
Requirements
- Erfahrung in der E-Commerce Branche oder großes Interesse daran.
- Fundierte Berufserfahrung als Entwickler:in und in der Programmiersprache Delphi und PHP 8.X.
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer Systeme mit Delphi.
- Interesse an neuen Technologien und Themen wie AI, Cloud, Microservices oder Integrationen in den Kundenservice-Kontext.
- Eigenständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Bereitschaft, 2x pro Woche an unserem Standort in Melle zu arbeiten.
