About the role

• Full Stack Developer for La Centrale, enhancing features on a high-traffic vehicle marketplace. Collaborating in agile teams to improve SEO, performance, and user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and evolve product features (front-end and back-end)
• Integrate security best practices from the design phase
• Improve performance, accessibility and SEO
• Deploy frequently to production (CI/CD, continuous deployments)
• Work in an autonomous feature team (code + infrastructure + delivery)
• Listen to user feedback (monitoring, support)
• Participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, refinement)

Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of development experience
• Product-minded (performance, SEO, conversion)
• Comfortable working in an autonomous team
• Strong team spirit, direct communicator, able to give and receive feedback
