Responsibilities
Coordinate and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory ESG requirements worldwide
Establish and maintain a system to collect, assess, and report relevant sustainability metrics
Support external sustainability audits and respond to customer inquiries on ESG-related topics (including third-party supply chain risk assessments)
Work closely with the Head of Global Quality to further develop and harmonize the integrated management system
Contribute to the implementation of global quality strategies, standards, and processes
Support the global quality organization in continuous improvement and process management initiatives
Analyze and evaluate processes, identify improvement opportunities, and derive sustainable measures
Assist with global auditing of processes, management systems, and suppliers
Participate in global projects to advance Operational Excellence initiatives
Requirements
Degree in a technical field, ideally mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, or a related discipline
Several years of professional experience in quality management or sustainability management within an internationally operating industrial company, preferably in mechanical or plant engineering
Solid knowledge of relevant management system standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and ESG regulation and reporting standards (e.g., CSRD, GRI, EU Taxonomy)
Experience in continuous improvement (CI), process management, and Operational Excellence methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, VSM); ideally experience with BPMN software
Strong experience with audit processes
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a structured and proactive work style
Proficient English skills; additional languages advantageous
