About the role
- Engineer implementing process control technology for advanced wastewater treatment at GreenOcean. Collaborating with teams on innovative projects to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- You implement the process control systems for our integrated wastewater technologies.
- You carry out basic and detailed design for process engineering plants.
- You prepare technical specifications and planning documentation.
- You develop programming and implement changes to functions in the process control system.
- You support and supervise commissioning activities.
- You perform optimization and monitoring of control loops.
- You act as the technical point of contact for customers and suppliers.
Requirements
- Technical diploma (Techniker) or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in independently managing electrical engineering projects and with programmable logic controllers (ideally Siemens), preferably in (waste)water treatment, chemical process engineering or the chemical industry
- Analytical thinking and the ability to transfer knowledge to new application areas
- Committed, flexible, conscientious and collaborative working style
- Willingness to take responsibility and to put yourself in others’ perspectives
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues
- Fluent German and good English skills
