Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Analytics & Information Management or related field plus 2 years related experience.
- Design and manage scalable data platforms and workflows using Snowflake, Airflow, Astronomer, and AWS, ensuring high availability, optimized performance, and seamless orchestration.
- Architect and implement secure, automated infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, GitHub Actions, HashiCorp Vault, DataLake and AWS IAM roles to enforce governance, access control, and authentication best practices.
- Develop and optimize ETL and real-time data processing pipelines using Airflow, Snowflake, Kafka, Hadoop, and Spark to support enterprise analytics, improve performance, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional collaborations, mentorship, and data-driven experimentation by guiding interns and new team members, conducting A/B experiments, and partnering with external teams to establish scalable data solutions.
