Responsibilities
You will be our Project Coordinator for the takeover of daycare centers in Mülheim an der Ruhr.
Responsibilities include project planning and coordination.
Communication between all involved persons and organizational units.
Coordination and organization of legal requirements with the relevant authorities and organizations to be involved.
Cooperation on financing matters with the daycare administration and undertaking administrative tasks.
Quality assurance and conceptual work in collaboration with the head of department, specialist advisors and facility managers.
Follow-up support and guidance after the takeover of the daycare centers.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in a provider role or in a leadership position within daycare centers.
Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a reliable interface between municipalities, the transferring provider, childcare staff, the daycare administration and the department.
Class B driving license; own car advantageous.
Ideally several years of experience in responsible project coordination.
Experience in facilitation/moderation and presenting.
Sound knowledge of and confident application of the relevant legal regulations, in particular KiBiz (the childcare financing regulations applicable in North Rhine-Westphalia).
