Responsibilities
Posting and responding to comments on clients’ brand pages on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
Working as a Livestream Moderator for clients during livestreams twice a week
Developing and maintaining Brand Communities and/or Speaky Community for existing and potential clients
Requirements
Experience engaging with online communities on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook
Up to date on current social media trends
Keen eye for grammar and spelling in Dutch and English
Good sense of humour and ability to create witty replies and/or copies
Capability to identify crises and alert the wider team
Reporting all happenings on client accounts
Native Dutch speaker with great fluency in English
Availability for 16-20 hours weekly during weekdays and weekends
