About the role
- Community Manager engaging with online communities on social media platforms while moderating live streams. Focusing on brand building and community development for clients.
Responsibilities
- Posting and responding to comments on clients’ brand pages on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- Working as a Livestream Moderator for clients during livestreams twice a week
- Developing and maintaining Brand Communities and/or Speaky Community for existing and potential clients
Requirements
- Experience engaging with online communities on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook
- Up to date on current social media trends
- Keen eye for grammar and spelling in Dutch and English
- Good sense of humour and ability to create witty replies and/or copies
- Capability to identify crises and alert the wider team
- Reporting all happenings on client accounts
- Native Dutch speaker with great fluency in English
- Availability for 16-20 hours weekly during weekdays and weekends
