About the role

  • AI Operations & Workflow Specialist at Roger, transforming dental practices through intelligent AI workflows and automation. Collaborating with teams to optimize efficiency and implement advanced solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You identify bottlenecks in our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams and resolve them through intelligent workflows (n8n, Make, Zapier) and the use of AI tools.
  • You help us scale faster without having to hire linearly more staff for repetitive tasks.
  • Workflow architecture: You analyze our existing processes (sales pipeline, onboarding, support) and build robust automations with tools like Make (formerly Integromat) or n8n.
  • AI integration: You implement LLMs (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude) into our workflows to automate tasks such as lead qualification, email drafting, or data analysis.
  • Tech stack connection: You seamlessly connect our tools (e.g., CRMs like HubSpot/Pipedrive, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace) so data flows automatically.
  • Custom scripting: Where no-code hits its limits, you write small scripts (Python/JavaScript) to implement the final mile of integration.
  • Empowerment: You train our team on the new AI tools and create documentation to ensure solutions remain maintainable.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience: Demonstrable experience as an AI freelancer, automation engineer, or in a similar role (ideally in a B2B SaaS environment).
  • Tool mastery: You are an expert in Make.com or n8n and are highly familiar with webhooks and APIs.
  • AI understanding: You know how to engineer prompts to get reliable outcomes from AI models within business processes (not just "play", but productive output).
  • Coding skills: Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript is a strong plus for calling APIs or transforming data.
  • Mindset: You have a product mindset. You don’t build workflows that collapse at the first error, but systems with error handling that scale.
  • Language: Very good German and English (we are a Berlin startup, but our customers are German-speaking dental practices — understanding the context is important).

Benefits

  • Direct impact: You will build Roger’s partner ecosystem in the dental market practically from scratch.
  • Close collaboration with the CEO & leadership in a fast-growing healthtech startup backed by strong investors.
  • Attractive compensation package with a performance-based bonus.
  • Modern office location in Berlin Mitte, hybrid work possible.
  • Regular team events, shared learning, and plenty of room to implement your own ideas.
  • Urban Sports Club membership.
