About the role

• Develop Flutter applications focusing on UI/Frontend, collaborate closely with project management and backend teams. Implement pixel-perfect designs and enhance user experience with innovative ideas.

Responsibilities

• You develop modern Flutter apps with a UI/frontend focus — from clean screens to smooth, interactive user flows
• You implement designs pixel-perfectly and help build design systems & UI standards (components, styles, patterns)
• You integrate APIs and implement data-driven features in the app in a performant and clean way
• You collaborate closely with project management, backend and, where applicable, design teams to turn requirements into outstanding products
• You contribute ideas: UX improvements, technical standards, better developer experience
• You help us grow technically and personally — in the codebase and within the team

Requirements

• Very good Flutter/Dart skills and experience building apps for iOS & Android
• Strong sense for UI/UX, layouts, animations, clean component structures and consistent design systems
• Experience with state management (e.g. Riverpod, Bloc, Provider) and modular app architecture
• Confident working with RESTful APIs (bonus: GraphQL) and frontend data integration
• Understanding of clean software architecture (e.g. Clean Architecture, SOLID principles)
• Git and modern development workflows are standard for you
• Bonus: Experience with testing (widget/unit/integration tests) and performance optimization
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of Python (e.g. for small APIs/automations or to better understand backend interfaces)
• Bonus: Web frontend experience (e.g. React, Vue or comparable)
• Bonus: Experience with cloud/backend platforms such as Firebase, Supabase or common cloud stacks
• Team player, self-driven and motivated to push things forward
• Good English skills — German at C1 level is required
