Requirements
Manager experience, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and service roles, with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding targets.
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in a field-based environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
