Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring issues are tracked, progressed, and resolved within agreed timelines

- Proactively identify, escalate, and monitor issues to closure, working closely with internal teams as needed

- Deliver support on bespoke, client-specific initiatives and ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Exposure to regulatory reporting frameworks such as EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, ASIC, CFTC and/or SEC
- Background in financial services, ideally within securities finance or capital markets environments
- Understanding of transaction reporting processes and data requirements
- Strong ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and work confidently with complex systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, investigation, and issue resolution
- Working knowledge of SQL and APIs, or a strong willingness to develop these skills
- Experience using third-party or vendor reporting platforms is an advantage
