About the role

- Consult as a technical consultant and domain partner with teams across GM.
- Architect, develop, and deploy prototype solutions that serve as experiments to gather insights.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years as a team leader or people leader
- 7+ years of experience as a full stack developer
- Front End Experience: ReactJS, HTML/CSS
- Back End Experience: Python, Node/Next.js
- Mobile Experience: Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose)
- Experience decomposing features and stories into work items for engineering teams
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and experience collaborating closely with UX/UI teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid grasp of emerging technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics.
