Responsibilities
Serve as the Voice of Quality to regional and global program execution teams
Lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with teams in South America and China
Assess and ensure all quality targets and program deliverables are met to maximize customer satisfaction and reduce warranty costs
Monitor product performance and escalate risks to leadership when needed
Manage warranty incidents, support field actions, and participate in vehicle readiness evaluations
Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
Support the launch readiness of products for the Colombian market and other South American countries
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Project Management, Resource Management or Automotive Mechanical Engineering
Fluent English (spoken and written, 100%)
Portuguese is a plus
Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry or related sectors (auto parts, dealerships, suppliers, etc.)
Strong command of problem-solving tools and statistical methods
Knowledge in data analytics and AI-based tools
Solid understanding of products, market trends, quality processes, manufacturing, and product development cycles
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Excellent analytical skills and ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and cultures
Strong organizational, administrative, and workload management abilities
