Responsibilities
Responsible for building the Route to Market in North Africa and Levant region
Focus on building new channels of sales in North Africa and Levant namely Specialty, Pharmacy, Gyms, etc.
Manage Trade Spends & deliver business profitability for the region
Deliver the Annual Topline in line with company objectives
Lead the Route – To – Market expansion in each market across North Africa and Levant
Build and monitor the Sales and Distribution KPIs of the Distribution Partners
Track and Monitor ROI of spends on trade and customer marketing activities
Partner closely with finance and SC team on demand forecasting
Prepare and present the monthly performance as part of the MBR to Leadership Team
Capture & share Competition Information & GPN Market Share
Requirements
7 years+ experience in a lead sales role preferably within FMCG categories
MBA preferred
Persistent and resilient in the pursuit of objectives
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with retailers and distributors
Experience of working in a high growth and fast-paced organization
Ability to work with ambiguity and in an entrepreneurial environment
Effective influencing, negotiating and communication skills
Numbers and data savvy with experience of sales automation to monitor business performance.
