Responsibilities
Manage the Beverage Application team with a clear strategic vision
Act as the technical expert and trusted partner for main customers; translate insights into beverage solutions and deliver experiences that enforce relationships and improve sustainable growth
Work with Commercial, Marketing and Creation & Sensory Insights teams to co‑create value and ensure successful project execution from idea to launch
Encourage adoption of new tools, methods, and technologies to enhance product performance, and sensory impact
Lead by example in creating a culture that values diversity, respect, and empowerment
Represent Givaudan during customer visits, presentations, and co‑development sessions across Benelux
Ensure a safe, well‑organized, and compliant laboratory aligned with EH&S and Food Safety standards
Requirements
A bachelor or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
Experience (typically 7+ years) in beverage development, flavour applications or product formulation within the food or flavour industry
Expert in leading complex teams, able to create clarity, motivating teams, and managing performance
Strong cross‑functional collaboration and project management skills
Technical depth in beverage formulation and sensory evaluation, supported by a creative and solution‑oriented mindset
Experienced in seeing the big picture, anticipating trends, and aligning actions with long‑term business goals
Expert in communicating and presenting in front of different stakeholders and customers
Business fluency in English; as an advantage additional language skills
Availability for travel across the Benelux region
