About the role
- Procurement Coordinator supporting contract management at Givaudan by maintaining sourcing data and assisting category managers. Involves contract creation, analysis, and vendor qualification in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support contract creation and maintenance, provide ad-hoc analysis, and templates to category managers
- Monitor Contract consumption and manage Quantity re-allocation
- Monitor sourcing data automatic creation, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate resolution with multiple teams (EDM, Quality, Regulatory, and Category Manager)
- Maintain sourcing data for global products (PIR / SL)
- Monitor consistency of sourcing data and coordinate agreement with category managers and planning teams
- Monitor accuracy and maintain Category cards (Cat Man resp --> Global/Regional: source assignment rules / Spot Buy: sourcing instructions)
- Vendor/Material Qualification process monitoring
- Support material localization
- Support with ad-hoc projects related to the scope of responsibility

Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration
- Fluency in English
- Advanced knowledge of contract (lifecycle) management tools, SAP is preferred.
