Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (equivalent experience may be considered).
5–7 years of accounting experience within commercial real estate or property management.
Strong understanding of tenant leases, CAM recoveries, and rent collections.
Experience with MRI accounting software required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
