About the role
- Leiter Medizincontrolling in einem Akademischen Lehrkrankenhaus mit modernsten Behandlungsmethoden. Verantwortlich für Kodierung, MD-Management und Teamleitung am Standort St. Josef Krankenhaus Moers.
Responsibilities
- dezentrale fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Medizincontrollings
- fachliche Zuständigkeit durch die Bereiche Kodierung, MD-Management sowie den Prüfungen gemäß LOPS-RL und MD-QK-RL
- vollständige, sachgerechte und zeitnahe medizinische Kodierung zur Sicherstellung der Erlöse
- Fallbegleitende Kodierung und enger Austausch mit den medizinischen Fachabteilungen zur Fallsteuerung
- fristgerechte Bearbeitung von MD- und Kostenträgeranfragen vom Datenträgeraustausch bis hin zu abschließenden Sozialgerichtsverfahren
- Beratung der kaufmännischen Direktion, den ärztlichen und pflegerischen Dienst in strategischen Fragen zur Bewertung und Steuerung des medizinischen Leistungsspektrums
Requirements
- erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Gesundheitsökonomie, Gesundheitsmanagement, BWL, Humanmedizin) oder eine medizinische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Medizincontrolling, idealerweise in leitender Funktion
- abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur Kodierfachkraft
- fundierte Kenntnisse im DRG- und PEPP-System
- relevanten gesetzlichen Regelungen und der Abrechnung von Krankenhausleistungen
- Kenntnisse in cgm medico KIS- und uhb Amondis
